Vendor Portal
Provides for electronic submission of invoices, eliminating the need for mail or individual manager delivery. The vendor portal digitizes and streamlines accounting and production of payments. Vendors can submit multiple invoices at one time and check the status' of each. Board members have an option of reviewing and approving certain project related invoices from vendors, all done within the Board portal. |

Blue Hawk Management staff has an integrated mobile management application that brings real-time, in-the-field functionality to virtually all related duties; such as, violation inspections, common area review, work orders, association information, owner contact information, account notes, and more.
